Successful Sòcrates Educa III Jornades Pedagògiques run by Fundació Escola Internacional del Camp

More than 150 people, including teachers from the EIC and other local educational centres, families from in- and outside the school and education professionals, joined the III Jornades Pedagògiques Sòcrates Educa organized by the Fundació Escola Internacional del Camp (FEIC) on June 5th. The EIC Forum was the scene of this third edition of the Jornades Pedagògiques, which this year were entitled "Personal Learning Environment. Creant espais d'aprenentatge ".

 The conference, opened by Dr. Gabriel Ferraté, President of the Fundació EIC, was hosted by the Deputy Headteacher of the school and pedagogical coordinator of the conference, Hermínia Martí, and included well known speakers: José Antonio Fernández, Doctor in Education Sciences in the specialty of Didactics and with a Master's degree in Teaching and Research for Higher Education, and José Ramón Gamo, founding partner of Centros CADE (Center for Attention to Educational Diversity), specialist in Hearing and Language, Masters specialist in Child Neuropsychology and specialist in Neurodidactics. 

Before starting the presentations, Dr. Ferraté presented the I Premi Internacional en Educació Josep M. Bach to the non-profit organisation Teach for All, an award that was collected by its Special Advisor, Xavier Prats. Mr Prats explained the raison d'être of the organisation and made reflections on the current state of education with an international and global vision.

Once again, the Fundació EIC is proud to have been able to celebrate its III Jornades Pedagògiques Sòcrates Educa with quality and with great participation.
